What LeadBridge does
More than a form forwarder.
LeadBridge handles the whole delivery loop: mapping, sending, monitoring, and recovering from failures. It lives inside your WordPress admin and follows WordPress conventions throughout.
Connection health dashboard
See at a glance whether your GoHighLevel connection is healthy, your token is valid, and the background sync jobs are running. No digging through logs to find out.
Delivery log
Every form submission is logged with its delivery status. You can see exactly what was sent, when it was sent, and whether it landed in GoHighLevel.
Retry queue
When a delivery fails, LeadBridge queues it for retry automatically. You do not lose leads because of a temporary API hiccup.
Field mapping
Map your form fields to GoHighLevel contact fields: name, email, phone, and anything else your CRM expects. Upsert support prevents duplicates.

LeadBridge installs from WordPress.org like any other plugin. Setup is done entirely inside your WordPress admin, with no external dashboards or third-party accounts beyond GoHighLevel.

Search for 'WPCasso LeadBridge' in the WordPress plugin repository and install it. No zip uploads or manual steps.

Go to Lead Bridge in your WordPress admin and authorize the connection using your GoHighLevel private integration token.

Choose which form to connect, then map your fields to GoHighLevel contact properties: name, email, phone, and anything else.
