What LeadBridge does
More than a form forwarder.
LeadBridge handles the whole delivery loop: mapping, sending, monitoring, and recovering from failures. It lives inside your WordPress admin and follows WordPress conventions throughout.
Connection health dashboard
See at a glance whether your GoHighLevel connection is healthy, your token is valid, and the background sync jobs are running. No digging through logs to find out.
Delivery log
Every form submission is logged with its delivery status. You can see exactly what was sent, when it was sent, and whether it landed in GoHighLevel.
Retry queue
When a delivery fails, LeadBridge queues it for retry automatically. You do not lose leads because of a temporary API hiccup.
Field mapping
Map your form fields to GoHighLevel contact fields: name, email, phone, and anything else your CRM expects. Upsert support prevents duplicates.

Once released, LeadBridge will install from WordPress.org like any other plugin, with setup done entirely inside your WordPress admin and no external dashboards or third-party accounts beyond GoHighLevel.

Connect your GoHighLevel account
Go to Lead Bridge in your WordPress admin and authorize the connection using your GoHighLevel private integration token.

Map your form fields
Choose which form to connect, then map your fields to GoHighLevel contact properties: name, email, phone, and anything else.

Leads flow automatically
New submissions become contacts in GoHighLevel, ready for the workflow you already run. The delivery log shows you every one.

Yes, entirely free. LeadBridge is part of WPCasso Labs, our contribution back to the WordPress ecosystem. There are no paid tiers or feature paywalls planned.
LeadBridge currently supports WPForms, Contact Form 7, and Elementor Forms. We test against the form plugins WordPress users actually run, and we will expand that list as we verify compatibility.
Yes. LeadBridge connects your WordPress site to your own GoHighLevel account. It does not create or manage that account for you.
Failed deliveries go into the retry queue automatically. You can also monitor the delivery log and connection health from the LeadBridge dashboard inside WordPress admin.
No. WPCasso is an independent company. LeadBridge is not endorsed by or affiliated with GoHighLevel or the WordPress Foundation. It is simply built to connect the two well.
No. Form submissions travel directly from your WordPress site to your GoHighLevel account. LeadBridge does not route your leads through WPCasso infrastructure.
